Micronics U3300 Clamp On Ultrasonic Flow Meter

The U3300 is a fixed ultrasonic clamp on flow meter for permanent installation on closed pipe systems. It measures liquid flow externally using transit time ultrasonic sensing, which means nothing enters the pipe and the system does not need to be opened or drained. The wall mounted enclosure houses the display, keypad and outputs, allowing technicians to set up the meter at eye level while the clamp on transducers remain secured to the pipe surface.

During installation the user enters the pipe size, material and fluid type. The U3300 calculates the correct transducer spacing and continuously monitors signal strength to confirm proper coupling. Once configured it provides real time flow rate, flow velocity and totalized flow. The design avoids contamination risk and mechanical wear and is suited for engineers who want reliable measurement with minimal maintenance. Outputs can be tied into building or plant monitoring systems for continuous flow tracking.
