Case Study Using Clamp On Doppler Flow Meters

Problem: Pumps controlling feed rate were loosely controlled using volume/Hz pumping curve.  Final product has strict specifications of a 2:1 ratio of these 2 feeds.  Failure to comply can lead to millions of dollars of losses in product and falsely advertised product recalls.

Chosen Solution: Two UF-D5000 Clamp on Doppler flow meter units measuring feed flow entering process.
